About Brompton

At Brompton, we believe in changing the way people move through cities. Our iconic folding bike is designed, engineered, and built in London – and ridden across the world. With a retail presence in nearly 50 countries, Brompton is more than a bike: it’s a global movement.

As we scale our brand worldwide, a Retail Marketing Executive will ensure a consistent, compelling, and cohesive expression of the Brompton brand and its new Life Unfolded positioning at every retail touchpoint.

The role

We are looking for a Retail Marketing Executive to execute Brompton's retail marketing strategy. This role will help drive Brompton to a best-in-class appearance across our global retail footprint and deliver a premium product positioning in store.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering impactful retail marketing campaigns across our owned retail, franchise, and dealer network, ensuring a consistent and premium Brompton brand experience in every physical retail environment. You will produce and deploy in-store campaign assets, point-of-sale materials, activation toolkits, and support the successful delivery of seasonal campaigns, product launches, and retail events.

Working closely with Visual Merchandising, Regional Retail Managers, and external suppliers, you will coordinate the production, localization, and distribution of retail marketing materials across our global partner network. You will also support new store and partner openings, helping to create engaging in-store experiences that drive sell-through, strengthen our Partner Programme, and deliver a seamless omnichannel brand experience for consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce and roll out in-store campaign assets, point-of-sale (POS) materials, and retail activation toolkits across owned retail, franchise, and dealer channels.
  • Partner with the Visual Merchandising team to translate VM-in-a-Box concepts and seasonal window campaigns into scalable, deployable partner packs.
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of physical retail activations, events, and seasonal campaigns across the global retail network.
  • Manage the print, production, and fulfilment of retail marketing assets, ensuring timely distribution to regional teams and retail partners.
  • Support new store and partner openings by delivering launch-ready retail marketing materials and activation plans.
  • Collaborate with Regional Retail Managers and retail trainers to localise central offline marketing assets while maintaining global brand consistency.
  • Build strong relationships with key retail partners to support the implementation of best-in-class in-store branding and create engaging customer journeys that drive sales.
  • Own and maintain Brompton's Visual Merchandising Guidelines, working closely with the Digital Retail Marketing Executive to ensure a consistent brand experience across all owned retail, franchise, and partner locations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
