We're looking for a Retail Marketing Executive to join our growing Sales & Marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working across multiple teams, managing campaigns from concept to execution, and using insights to optimise performance.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate and deliver marketing content across retail channels for products and campaigns.
- Ensure a consistent and engaging brand experience across the full marketing mix.
- Manage and maintain accurate product information to support campaign execution.
- Develop and manage content briefs, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaign schedules, product launches, and promotional activity.
- Track retail campaigns from planning through to delivery, managing timelines, requirements, and budgets.
- Provide regular updates on campaign milestones, launch dates, and key deadlines.
- Partner with Product, Creative, and wider business teams to ensure all campaign requirements are delivered efficiently.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and retail partners to maximise campaign success.
- Work closely with National Account Managers to align forecasts, timings, and commercial priorities.
- Use campaign reports and market insights to challenge and improve retail marketing activity.
- Analyse campaign performance, ROI, and effectiveness, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Support ongoing optimisation of product and category content using data-driven insights.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and changing consumer expectations to identify opportunities for growth.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a confident and personable marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with multiple stakeholders. You'll be highly organised, commercially aware, and passionate about using data to drive better marketing outcomes.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Degree in Marketing or 2-3 years' experience in a Sales & Marketing role.
- Passion for performance marketing, including planning, execution, optimisation, and measurement.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
