Summary:

We are seeking a commercially driven Retail Marketing professional to join our team, responsible for driving performance across our dealer network and enhancing customer experience through data-led insight, strategic marketing execution, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

You will play a key role in monitoring and improving retail performance across the network, translating commercial strategy into actionable dealer-level initiatives, and ensuring consistent delivery of premium brand standards. • Lead and support retail performance improvement initiatives aligned with broader commercial and brand strategy
  • Translate central strategy into practical, market-specific dealer actions and execution plans
  • Partner with Regional and Area Managers to review dealership performance, challenge underperformance constructively, and identify growth opportunities
  • Evaluate and track the effectiveness of local action plans, ensuring outcomes are measurable and aligned to commercial objectives
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting tools and BI dashboards to improve visibility and decision-making
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and luxury retail analysis to identify best practice and performance improvement opportunities
  • Own and support aftersales and lifecycle marketing initiatives in collaboration with CRM and customer teams
  • Support rollout of national and local marketing campaigns at dealer level, ensuring consistency with brand standards
  • Develop dealer marketing toolkits to enable consistent and scalable local activation
  • Oversee demo vehicle strategy and utilisation in line with commercial objectives and customer experience standards
  • Manage and review dealer marketing investments and ensure compliance with visual merchandising and brand guidelines
  • Implement dealer performance scoring and reporting systems to improve transparency and accountability
  • Conduct dealership audits and mystery shopping to assess customer journey, compliance, and retail execution standards
  • Support onboarding and ongoing development of dealers to ensure alignment with brand expectations
  • Foster strong engagement across the dealer network and promote a performance-driven culture

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
