We're partnering with a globally recognised entertainment and consumer brands business, seeking a Retail Marketing Manager for an initial 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work across an exceptional portfolio of globally loved brands and franchises.
This role is ideal for a commercially minded retail marketer, who understands how to create impactful campaigns that build brand awareness and drive sales performance. You'll work closely with retailers, commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop innovative retail marketing strategies that engage consumers across every touchpoint.
Must be based within a commutable distance to central London.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver retail marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives
- Plan and execute innovative omni-channel retail campaigns across a portfolio of leading consumer brands
- Create bespoke retailer marketing activations that drive awareness, engagement, and sell-through
- Partner closely with commercial, category, and franchise teams to support joint business planning and maximise retail opportunities
- Identify consumer trends and market insights to shape future marketing activity
- Prepare compelling pitch presentations, business reviews, and commercially focused marketing materials
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations based on data
- Manage relationships with external agencies and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience delivering retail marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales
- A strong understanding of omnichannel retail marketing
- Experience managing media campaigns and working closely with media agencies
- Confidence analysing campaign performance and translating insights into future strategy
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
