🚀 Retail & Brand Commercial Manager
📍 London (Hybrid) | 📅 12-Month Contract | 💷 £381/day (Umbrella)
I'm currently recruiting for an exciting Retail & Brand Commercial Manager opportunity with a globally recognised entertainment and consumer products business.
If you have a background in retail marketing, brand activation, and commercial strategy, and enjoy bringing iconic brands to life through innovative retail campaigns, this could be the perfect next contract.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be the commercial marketing lead across the UK & Ireland, developing and delivering retail marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and commercial growth. Working closely with Retail, Category and Franchise teams, you'll create best-in-class campaigns that deliver real business impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing retail marketing strategies across major retail partners
- Delivering omni-channel campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Creating bespoke retailer activations that stand out in market
- Identifying consumer trends and translating insights into commercial opportunities
- Analysing campaign performance and presenting actionable recommendations
- Building strong relationships with retailers, agencies and cross-functional teams
- Supporting commercial pitches, business reviews and strategic planning with data-led insights

What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in Retail, Shopper or Trade Marketing
- Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns
- Commercially minded with an understanding of how marketing drives sales
- Experience working with retailers, media agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Knowledge of digital, social and influencer marketing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within a large, matrix organisation is advantageous
