Hiring: Retail & Brand Commercial Manager
Location: London
Our client is looking for a commercially minded Retail & Brand Commercial Manager to lead retail marketing initiatives across the UK & Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can combine strategic marketing with commercial insight to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement, and retail performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver short and long-term retail marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns across key retail partners.
- Create innovative retailer-specific activations that drive awareness and sales.
- Analyse consumer insights, market trends, and campaign performance to optimise future activity.
- Prepare business reviews, pitch materials, and commercial presentations.
- Support joint business planning and strengthen relationships with retail partners.
- Collaborate with internal category, franchise, creative, and agency teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns.

Skills & Experience:
- Proven retail marketing experience with a strong commercial mindset.
- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns across retail channels.
- Knowledge of digital, social, influencer, and media marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on campaign performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience working within a large, matrix organisation is advantageous.
- Highly organised, proactive, and passionate about creating impactful consumer experiences.
