Job Responsibilities
Offline Experience Activities (Core: Test Drive + Experience Stores)
- Responsible for the planning and execution of test drive activities, experience days, auto shows, roadshows, and pop-up store events in the UK market.
- Collaborate with dealers to ensure test drive routes, explanation standards, and experience processes meet XPENG user experience standards.
- Monitor event effectiveness and produce post-event analyses.
User Operations (Community + Retention)
- Build the UK XPENG user community (WhatsApp, offline owner groups, interest communities).
- Plan referral programs, referral rewards, owner clubs, and owner content co-creation projects.
- Collaborate with charging partners and experience stores to conduct user activities.

User Experience (CX/UX) Optimization
- Collect feedback on test drives, store experiences, delivery, and daily usage experiences.
- Identify local pain points (such as charging coverage, road conditions, language barriers, etc.) and drive experience optimization at headquarters.
- Participate in developing SOPs for user experience at experience stores and service centers.
Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Collaborate with brands, social media, and PR to transform campaign content into content resources, owner stories, and user testimonials.
- Collaborate with agents to drive market promotion implementation.

Data Analysis
- Analyze metrics such as user growth, retention, campaign engagement, NPS, and satisfaction.
- Output user insights to provide a basis for product and marketing decisions.
Job Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in campaign operations, car test drive events, user operations, or experience management.
- Experience in the automotive or consumer technology industry is preferred.
- Familiar with UK user behavior and local social media platforms.
- Fluent in English or Chinese is a plus.
- Cross-cultural communication and project management skills.
