Retail Media Analyst
London Hybrid | £50,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Retail Media Analyst to join a well-established, data-driven consumer business at a pivotal stage of growth. Working within a specialist analytics function, you will play a key role in shaping customer, CRM, loyalty, and retail media strategy through impactful analysis and measurement.

The Role
As a Retail Media Analyst, you will work across customer analytics, CRM, loyalty, and retail media measurement, helping the business better understand campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour.

Key responsibilities include:
- Measuring and evaluating campaign performance across retail media, CRM, and loyalty activity
- Analysing incrementality, uplift, ROI, customer engagement, and commercial impact
- Building and assessing customer audiences and segments to support campaign activation
- Delivering clear, actionable insights that influence marketing and audience strategy
- Monitoring and reporting on customer health metrics including acquisition, retention, engagement, frequency, and churn
- Working with stakeholders across analytics, marketing, CRM, and commercial functions
- Applying statistical techniques including hypothesis testing and confidence intervals to support decision-making
- Using SQL and data visualisation tools to interrogate data and communicate findings effectively
Your Skills & Experience
You will ideally have:
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large customer datasets
- Experience in customer analytics, CRM analytics, or marketing analytics environments
- Commercial experience measuring marketing or campaign performance across multiple channels
- Understanding of retail media, customer targeting, audience segmentation, or campaign optimisation
- Experience applying statistical methods to evaluate performance and identify meaningful outcomes
- Data visualisation experience with the ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exposure to cloud-based data environments such as Databricks or similar platforms
- A track record of translating data into actionable business recommendations
