Retail Media Executive

London | Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 from home)
£40-45k + bonus + excellent global benefits

This is an opportunity to join a global brand and become the specialist voice for retail media across a portfolio of well-known brands.

You’ll connect brand teams, agencies and major retail partners, challenging plans, improving how budgets are used and making sure retail media works alongside the wider marketing strategy.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as the key contact for retail media partners
  • Reviewing plans and challenging the activity, investment and KPIs
  • Connecting retail media with wider brand and performance campaigns
  • Making sure activity launches properly and delivers against its objectives
  • Using performance insights to improve future plans
  • Bringing greater structure and accountability to retail media activity

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in retail media, Ecommerce, performance or digital marketing
  • Confident reviewing and challenging media plans
  • Comfortable working with campaign performance and commercial data
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Able to work independently as the retail media specialist in the team
  • Client-side retail media experience would be ideal, especially with Boots and LookFantastic
  • Agency-side commerce experience across UK retailers would also be relevant
