Retail Media Manager

📍 Central London (Hybrid)
📅 Immediate Start
💷 £250-350 a day DOE (Inside IR35)
⏳ Initial 3-Month Contract
🏢 2-3 Days Per Week On-Site

Are you experienced in Retail Media, Media Planning, and Media Strategy and looking for your next contract opportunity?

We’re supporting a leading consumer brand in the search for a Retail Media Manager to oversee retail media investment, manage agency partnerships and drive performance across key retail channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across media, commerce and stakeholder management, ensuring agencies and media partners deliver against commercial objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

  • ✅ Managing relationships with agencies, retail media partners and key stakeholders
  • ✅ Reviewing media plans and ensuring investment is aligned to business objectives
  • ✅ Monitoring budgets, campaign performance and KPI delivery
  • ✅ Holding agency partners accountable for results and execution
  • ✅ Providing strategic recommendations to improve performance and ROI
  • ✅ Building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-making
  • ✅ Supporting retail media planning across major retail partners
  • ✅ Delivering reporting, insights and performance updates

What we’re looking for:

  • ✔ Experience in Retail Media, Media Planning, Media Strategy, eCommerce or Performance Marketing
  • ✔ Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • ✔ Experience working with agencies and external partners
  • ✔ Ability to review and challenge media plans when needed
  • ✔ Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and performance metrics
  • ✔ Understanding of retail media networks and retailer advertising opportunities
  • ✔ Exposure to platforms such as Criteo or CitrusAds is advantageous but not essential
  • ✔ Experience working with retailers such as Boots, Amazon, Tesco, John Lewis or similar would be highly desirable
  • ✔ Someone who can hit the ground running and quickly build credibility with stakeholders
