Retail Media Operations Manager
Do you have experience delivering Retail Media or shopper marketing campaigns within Grocery or FMCG? Are you confident managing multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and operational delivery from brief through to execution? Looking to join a business where you can help build a brand-new Retail Media capability?
MacGregor Black is partnering with a leading UK Wholesale & Retail business on the search for a Retail Media Operations Manager. This is a permanent role based in West London, with five days per week on-site.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the launch of a new Retail Media function. Working closely with Commercial, Marketing, IT, and supplier partners, you'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, to the highest standard, and provide an exceptional experience for both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of Retail Media campaigns across retail and wholesale channels
- Coordinate campaign scheduling, artwork approvals, and content management to ensure successful execution
- Monitor campaign performance, compliance, and screen utilisation across the Retail Media network
- Work closely with IT and operational teams to resolve issues and maintain network performance
- Coordinate installations, asset management, and campaign deployment across multiple locations
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, providing campaign updates, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
- Produce campaign performance reports, dashboards, and operational insights to support continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign delivery, operational efficiency, and supplier satisfaction

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within Retail Media, Shopper Marketing, Media Operations, Grocery, or FMCG
- Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working with campaign reporting, performance data, and operational KPIs
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business functions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive and customer-focused approach
