Retail Media Partnerships Manager

The location of the role is North West London (onsite). The salary on offer is up to £50,000 per annum. The role is permanent.

Role Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Retail Media Partnerships Manager to join a growing retail media function within a major UK retail and wholesale business. This role will be responsible for driving supplier investment by developing and selling innovative retail media solutions that create value for both suppliers and the business.

You'll build strong supplier relationships, develop commercially compelling campaign proposals, and identify opportunities to grow retail media revenues across both wholesale and retail channels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong commercial acumen who enjoys building partnerships and delivering measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a pipeline of supplier opportunities to drive retail media revenue.
  • Present the retail media proposition to suppliers and secure new campaign investment.
  • Protect existing supplier partnerships while identifying opportunities for incremental growth.
  • Develop supplier growth plans that support long-term commercial relationships.
  • Create compelling retail media packages tailored to supplier objectives.
  • Manage campaign bookings and coordinate activity with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain media rate cards and ensure commercial offerings remain competitive.
  • Produce revenue forecasts and contribute to annual commercial planning.
  • Develop campaign proposals and briefs that align with supplier objectives.
  • Monitor campaign performance and measure commercial success against agreed KPIs.
  • Prepare regular revenue reports, supplier updates, and forecasting information for senior stakeholders.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within Retail Media, media sales, or commercial partnerships.
  • Experience working within retail, grocery, or FMCG environments.
  • Proven ability to build and develop strong supplier or client relationships.
  • Experience securing commercial investment and identifying revenue growth opportunities.
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
  • Confident preparing proposals, forecasts, and commercial presentations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong planning and stakeholder management abilities.
