About the Role
We're looking for an Agency Sales Executive to join our commercial team and help take our retailer clients' RMNs to market. Working alongside our Sales Managers and the wider commercial team, you'll help grow agency relationships, identify new business opportunities, and support the delivery of creative, multi-platform campaigns across some of the UK's biggest retail media networks.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with drive, enthusiasm, and commercial curiosity who enjoys building relationships and wants to develop into a successful media sales professional within a fast-growing retail media business.
Responsibilities
Agency Partnerships
- Build and develop relationships across your allocated agency patch, becoming a trusted point of contact for agency planners, buyers, and partnership teams.
- Support the growth of existing agency accounts while identifying opportunities to win new business.
- Respond to agency briefs by working with the wider Grace & Co team to develop engaging commercial proposals.
- Present retail media offering confidently to agencies and clients.
- Maintain regular contact with agency partners to build strong, long-term relationships.

Commercial Development
- Help sell retailer RMN inventory across onsite, offsite, and in-store placements, spanning managed IO and programmatic solutions.
- Help identify new commercial opportunities across your agency patch.
- Create engaging sales presentations and proposals tailored to client objectives.
- Keep your sales pipeline up to date and support accurate forecasting.
- Stay informed on retail media trends, competitor activity, and agency priorities.
Campaign Delivery
- Work closely with Grace & Co's retail media consultancy team to ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Help manage campaigns from briefing through to delivery, ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Support post-campaign reporting and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Represent Grace & Co at client meetings, networking events, and industry events.
- Develop a growing understanding of each retailer network you support, including their audiences, inventory, and advertiser proposition.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for building relationships. You'll be naturally curious, eager to learn, and motivated by delivering great work for clients.

- 2-3 years' experience in media sales, advertising, agency partnerships, or a commercial media environment.
- Experience working with media agencies or advertisers (exposure to retail media is a strong plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Commercially minded with a genuine interest in media, advertising, and retail media.
- Confident speaking with clients and building trusted relationships.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with the confidence to identify opportunities and take ownership of your work.
- Naturally collaborative
- Strong PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel skills.
- Must have the right to work in the UK.
