In this senior role, you will lead, coach, and empower a high-performing team to exceed targets, navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments to unlock new revenue streams. Job Description Summary

At a Glance

  • Salary: £55,500 - £88,500
  • Contract type: This position is a Secondment/Fixed Term Contract ending October 2027.
  • Working pattern/flexible working: The Partnership has adopted a hybrid working approach, meaning you'll be able to work a mixture between the office and home based upon your personal needs whilst balancing the needs of the business. Alongside this we have also signalled a clear intent for Central teams to work ‘more in person than not.’ For the team, this means 3 days a week of in-person time but it is not a hard and fast rule requiring everyone to be in the office 3 days a week. Supplier visits, industry meetings, time in our shops and time in the office all contribute to this requirement.
  • Location: London
  • Interviews: We anticipate a 1 stage interview process w/c 19th October.

What will you be doing?

  • Lead, coach, and develop your team, empowering them to maximise their client relationships and exceed individual revenue targets.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments to unlock new revenue streams from high-value brand partners and agencies.
  • Work closely with the Sales & Planning Lead to oversee commercial forecasting and ensure your team leverages data-driven insights to deliver market-leading omnichannel media solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
