The Company

An enthusiastic Assistant Merchandiser is needed to join a rapidly growing Online Ladies Fashion Retailer & Brand. You will maximize sales and profit through the effective management of stock by analysing, forecasting, and trading product for their already successful online offering.

The Role

  • Work closely with the Merchandiser
  • Compiling and analysing stock and sales reports
  • Forecasting stock and sales
  • Weekly reporting of inventory levels
  • Knowledge of products and management of life cycles
  • Analysing market trends and have good seasonal awareness
  • Monitoring best & worst sellers then making recommendations on markdowns
  • Working with markdown strategies to maximize profitability
  • Assist with planning in promotional activity
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Chasing suppliers & Far East factories
  • Managing supply chain
  • Responsible for updating the Critical Path
  • Other duties as required

Skills Required

  • MUST have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
