The Retail Network team
The Retail Network team plays an important role in enabling technology across Apple’s global retail environment, supporting initiatives that help our stores and teams deliver exceptional experiences for our customers. Our work brings together teams and partners across multiple functions and regions to plan and execute complex technology initiatives. We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support this work, including initiatives supporting the introduction of new products and technologies into Apple Retail. DESCRIPTION
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting technology deployments and initiatives across Apple Retail locations globally. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Retail, engineering, logistics and warehouse teams, and external service providers to plan and execute projects successfully. The role requires strong ownership, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Foundational understanding of networking concepts (e.g., LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, switching, routing, IP addressing, VLANs) sufficient to engage credibly with network engineering teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in different regions, coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders, and collaborating effectively with internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a dynamic environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing or coordinating network infrastructure build-outs, cabling, rack-and-stack, or low-voltage construction activities in retail, commercial, or enterprise environments.
- Experience coordinating vendors, logistics, equipment deployments, or onsite implementation activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
