Our client is a leading Retail focused consulting firm, operating across the UK. They are now hiring at several levels and are looking for Managing Consultants, Senior Consultants, Business Consultants and Associate Consultants to join them.

They are looking for Consultants with strong retail operational grounding combined with transformation and consulting exposure. Most of the work is in London or the South East of UK so you should ideally be based in these locations. London or the South East. You will have experience in merchandising, planning, forecasting, or adjacent retail head office functions.

Ideal candidate:

The strongest consultants in retail transformation are usually people who genuinely understand merchandising, planning, and forecasting functions because they have worked within those environments themselves. Operational retail credibility is the single most important attribute and the best candidates are able to bridge retail operations, business transformation, technology, and data-driven decision making.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
