Retail Operations Coordinator (EMEA)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Operations Coordinator to support the EMEA region. This role is responsible for ensuring operational compliance, coordinating retail communications, supporting store systems and supplier management, and assisting with store openings and closures. Working closely with the Retail Operations Manager, you will play a key role in operational consistency, compliance, and efficiency across our EMEA retail network.
Key Responsibilities
Retail Operations Communication
- Create and distribute operational communications, guidance, and updates to stores across the EMEA region.
- Coordinate cross-functional communications with key business partners including Health & Safety and Loss Prevention teams.
Operational Administration & Supplier Management
- Manage supplier accounts, purchasing portals, licensing requirements, and store operational ordering processes.
- Support budgeting, invoicing, and administration activities related to retail operations.

Systems & Store Support
- Coordinate user access, onboarding, and ongoing support for retail systems.
- Partner with IT and internal stakeholders to ensure stores have the tools and resources required for day-to-day operations.
Store Openings, Relocations & Closures
- Support the planning and execution of store openings, closures, refurbishments, and temporary relocations across EMEA.
- Coordinate operational requirements, supplier setup, payment solutions, and store readiness activities.
Compliance and Operational Controls
- Maintain accurate records and ensure operational processes are completed in line with company standards.
- Monitor compliance training completion and support the implementation of policies, procedures, and operational best practices.
- Coordinate environmental compliance reporting across EMEA markets and support adherence to regulatory requirements.
