Retail & Operations Director

Belfast | Senior Leadership | Luxury & Premium Retail

An exceptional opportunity for an experienced senior leader to join a highly respected, people-focused luxury business as Retail & Operations Director.

This is a role for someone who believes that exceptional commercial performance starts with exceptional people. Someone who enjoys developing leaders, coaching teams, creating accountability and bringing people with them on the journey.

As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team and strategic partner to the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next stage of the business, with broad responsibility across retail, operations, commercial performance, client experience and business development.

The Opportunity

You will lead the overall performance of the retail operation, working closely with the senior leadership team to drive sustainable revenue and profit growth, strengthen operational effectiveness and continually enhance the client experience.

A major focus will be developing the leadership capability of the organisation - coaching and challenging senior managers, building succession and creating an environment where people are empowered to perform at their best.

You will also have a key role in strengthening relationships with the prestigious brands the business represents, ensuring the organisation continues to be an outstanding ambassador for each brand.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
