Join the Lacoste Team as our Retail Operations Intern!

Reporting to: Retail Operations Manager, UK & Ireland

Hybrid working: London office / home (3:2)

Your Responsibilities

General & Retail Operations

  • Monitors retail estate compliance through internal platforms, providing clear monthly updates on Health & Safety and Security.
  • Delivers confident communication to retail teams, both digitally and in person.
  • Supports the planning and execution of key retail calendar events with a focus on Peak Season, H&S, and operational initiatives.

Facilities Management

  • Acts as the key link between stores, partners, and external maintenance suppliers.
  • Responds to and manages maintenance requests via the internal platform.
  • Escalates H&S, IT, and Security actions to the Retail Operations Coordinator.

Health & Safety Supervision

  • Drives compliance across the retail estate by identifying, monitoring, and reporting risks to safeguard employees, customers, and the business.
  • Oversees helpdesk reporting, compiling data on accidents, incidents, and security threats to ensure swift resolution and proactive prevention.
