About This Team
Reporting to the Senior Manager- Retail Operations, you will be responsible for the execution of the NSO program across the region, and the management of key EMEA wide programs and initiatives that impact the Retail porColio. This role is key in ensuring that all programs and initiatives are planned effectively, key stakeholders are enrolled successfully, and projects are managed end to end and to the highest standards.
Core Responsibilities
- Responsible for the project management of all in-region NSO’s, optimisations, relocations and renovations- ensuring all key stakeholders effectively contribute to the successful delivery of all these projects.
- Leads in the discovery of new test concepts and new market entry from a Retail Operations perspective.
- Acts as a partner to the Construction team to ensure annual Bundles are managed effectively and are signed off in partnership with the RM’s and Area Director.
- Partners with the Global team in the planning and execution of key strategic initiatives, projects and pop ups.
- Defines the annual Business Efficiencies strategy and manages the EMEA program identifying key opportunities to reduce operating costs, drive top line sales and improve business profitability.
- Partners with Global Procurement in the discovery phase of Business Efficiencies, and is a key partner/decision maker in the tendering process across the estate.
- Partners with FP&A in understanding key opportunities/benefits/costs to the region as part of the Business Efficiencies program.
- Partners with Legal in due diligence and understanding of any key risks contractually as part of the Business Efficiencies program.
- Leads the New Ways of Working program hosting regular listening sessions with Retail and key partners to understand opportunities to optimise ways of working- reducing workload, automating processes and innovating with new systems and processes.
- Collaborates with Store Design, Construction, Real Estate, FP&A teams to prioritise short and long term goals.
- Supports the Senior Manager, Retail Operations EMEA with departmental planning and organisation.
- Creates and fosters deep collaboration between the SSC and Retail.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required or higher in business operations or related field, or equivalent experience in a similar field/industry.
- Project Management certification or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years leading teams in Retail or related field.
- Skilled communicator and facilitator.
- Self-starter comfortable creating structure and strategy.
