Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Heyford Hill

  • Located within Sainsbury’s around a mile away
  • Benefits from free parking and a more affluent demographic

Both stores have been recently upgraded (Cowley in 2024 and Heyford Hill in 2025) and offer modern environments for customers and colleagues alike. Together, they attract a strong flow of customers each week and deliver excellent opportunities for continued business growth. Cowley also operates as an audiology hub, supporting services across both sites and at Specsavers Wantage. On-site glazing and a call centre based in the Cowley store further enhance efficiency, helping teams provide an outstanding customer experience while supporting commercial performance.

The team

You’ll be joining a highly experienced and supportive team with a strong culture of development. Many colleagues have progressed through internal development programmes, with some going on to become partners in their own stores. Retention is excellent, with long service milestones of 5, 10 and 15 years recently celebrated. A well-established leadership structure ensures smooth day-to-day operations, with high engagement and strong internal feedback across both stores.
