Retail Partner Marketing Manager – E-Commerce & Channel
Contract: 12 months
Salary: £89,000 per annum
Location: London – hybrid, 3 days per week onsite
We are seeking an experienced Retail Partner Marketing Manager to join a global technology organisation, supporting its retail and e-commerce partner ecosystem across the UK and Europe.
This is a broad commercial role sitting at the intersection of e-commerce marketing, retail account management, programme management and business analytics.
You will manage marketing activity and day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of approximately 6–7 retail partners, helping drive demand, improve partner performance and ensure campaigns and programmes are executed effectively.
What you'll be doing
- Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of retail and e-commerce partners across the UK and European markets.
- Drive demand-generation and partner marketing activity, aligning retail campaigns with wider internal marketing initiatives and assets.
- Coordinate e-commerce, promotional and launch activity across partner websites and retail channels.
- Track marketing KPIs and partner performance, producing reporting and translating data into commercially actionable recommendations.
- Manage operational reporting and data-processing activities using tools including Salesforce, Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Coordinate multiple programmes, processes and internal workstreams, ensuring actions and submissions are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Support co-marketing and promotional budget activity, including spend tracking, purchase requests and invoice processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and other internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve recurring processes across partner and marketing operations.
- Monitor retail and e-commerce trends and use partner insights to inform future channel activity.
- The formal role also includes reporting across sell-in, sell-through, promotional effectiveness and marketing ROI, alongside forecasting, pricing and promotional support.

You should have:

- Strong retail and e-commerce marketing experience, including demand generation and partner marketing.
- Experience managing external retail, marketplace or channel partners.
- Strong analytical capability and experience reporting against commercial and marketing KPIs.
- The ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations and actions.
- Strong programme/project management and organisational capability.
- Experience managing multiple accounts, projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working independently within a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Ideally, experience within consumer electronics, technology, hardware, wearables or another fast-moving retail category.
- Experience with co-op/MDF budgets, Salesforce, European retail markets, reporting/visualisation tools or emerging technology products would be advantageous.
