We’re looking for a Retail Product Owner to join our Product team and help shape and deliver the future of retail technology across our customer channels.

Working closely with the Retail Product Manager, Digital Product Manager and wider Product team, you’ll support the delivery of industry developments across Ticket Issuing Systems (TIS), Ticket Vending Machines (TVM), Ticket Office Machines (TOM), Back Office Machines (BOM), Telesales Machines (TSM), and station and onboard retailing devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Retail Product Manager to deliver requirements aligned to wider rail industry developments.
  • Support workshops and Business Analysts to ensure requirements are accurate and aligned with industry specifications.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to deliver accessible and customer-focused experiences.
  • Help maintain the product roadmap, development timelines and reporting across workstreams.
  • Support testing, UAT and release activities, including briefings for the Testing Team.
  • Engage internal stakeholders to ensure they are informed about new developments.
  • Work with external suppliers to support successful delivery.
  • Support customer user testing where required.

About You

You’ll be a collaborative and customer-focused Product Owner with experience in product delivery, business analysis or a similar role. You’ll be confident working with multiple stakeholders and translating complex requirements into clear, deliverable outcomes.

Experience in rail, transport, ticketing or retail technology would be beneficial, alongside strong communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
