The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially-minded Retail Programme Manager to lead the planning, delivery, and optimisation of key retail initiatives across our national branch network. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at cross-functional collaboration, and has a passion for driving operational excellence in retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of retail programmes, from concept and planning through to rollout, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business strategy.
- Develop and manage project plans, workflows, communications, and training materials to support successful implementation across branches.
- Analyse data and feedback to assess programme impact, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure consistent execution of retail standards, customer experience enhancements, and commercial initiatives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for branch teams, providing guidance, clarity, and support throughout programme delivery.

About You
Proven experience in retail project or programme management—preferably within automotive, trade, or fast-paced multi-site retail. Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities. Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills. Confident using project tools and systems to track progress and report clearly. A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to influence at all levels.
