About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Liverpool FC team as a Retail Sales Advisor at our brand-new London store! This is a unique chance to be part of something fresh and ambitious, playing a key role in the continued growth and evolution of LFC Retail.

It’s an incredible time to join us, with our standout collaborations with Adidas and Tommy Hilfiger bringing new energy, style, and global attention to the LFC brand.

We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals who love working as part of a team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our in-store experience, ensuring every visitor enjoys the highest possible standard of service and leaves feeling part of the LFC family.

What will you be doing?

  • Dealing with customer sales and refunds, ensuring a focus on customer care and the customer experience.
  • Till work including processing cash and card payments.
  • Gaining and building upon Product knowledge to provide advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
  • Basic Sales Management through driving the AVS, UPT and Conversion by offering add-on sales and upselling.
  • Merchandising/display.
  • Stock shrinkage and cash flow controls.
  • Supporting in receiving and storing the delivery of large amounts of stock.

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you must have recent retail store and customer service experience in a customer-facing role and can demonstrate this important skill set, with excellent numeracy and literacy skills. Having strong interpersonal and communication skills, you will be confident in delivering excellent customer service and working as part of a team. A retail and/or customer service qualification would be advantageous. You will be able to work flexible hours.

This position is offering permanent positions working 12 hours per week on a 5 from 7 day basis. Your main base will be our new London Store.
