This is a Part-Time, on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in the London area, United Kingdom. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, supporting daily store operations, assisting customers with purchases, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. The role also includes tasks such as stock management, maintaining store organization, and achieving sales goals while upholding the standards of the HANRO brand.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster positive customer interactions.
- Proven experience in customer service and sales.
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
- Organizational skills to ensure the store is well-maintained and inventory is managed efficiently.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment and adaptability to handle various customer needs.
- Passion for premium fashion and commitment to delivering a luxury shopping experience.
- Previous experience in luxury retail is a plus.
- Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial.
