The role:
As a Sales Assistant at RIXO, you will be the face of our brand, providing outstanding customer service and styling advice. You will support the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while contributing to sales targets and brand success.

- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Provide expert styling advice, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
- Assist with stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to the highest standards.
- Support in-store events, launches, and promotions.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay up to date with RIXO collections, trends, and brand initiatives.
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Consistently drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Drive sales through add-on opportunities with customers.
- Keep visual displays and merchandising at a high standard.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop floor and stock rooms.
- Regularly replenish and update visual merchandising to maximize sales.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, preferably within fashion or luxury.
- Passion for styling and a strong understanding of fashion trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Proactive, positive, and customer-focused mindset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
