Strive Collective is a London-based promotions and marketing company that partners with a variety of established brands to deliver engaging in-store promotional campaigns. We are currently seeking confident, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Assistants.
This position suits someone who enjoys working in a retail environment, is comfortable engaging with customers in person, and is looking to develop valuable skills in sales and brand representation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent partner brands professionally within retail locations
- Engage with customers face to face to promote products and offers
- Deliver clear and accurate product information
- Create a positive in-store customer experience
- Build rapport with customers and respond to enquiries confidently
- Support in-store promotional activities and campaigns
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets

Ideal Candidate:
- Confident communicating with customers in person
- Friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to learn and take feedback on board
- Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential

Salary: 22500 - 24500 GBP Per annum
