Strive Collective is a London-based promotions and marketing company that partners with a variety of established brands to deliver engaging in-store promotional campaigns. We are currently seeking confident, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Retail Sales Assistants.

This position suits someone who enjoys working in a retail environment, is comfortable engaging with customers in person, and is looking to develop valuable skills in sales and brand representation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent partner brands professionally within retail locations
  • Engage with customers face to face to promote products and offers
  • Deliver clear and accurate product information
  • Create a positive in-store customer experience
  • Build rapport with customers and respond to enquiries confidently
  • Support in-store promotional activities and campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets
