Role Description
The Retail Sales Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in London. This role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable fragrances and products. Daily tasks include:

The Retail Sales Assistant responds to customer inquiries, manages returns or exchanges in line with company policies, and supports promotional activities and in-store events. The role also includes learning product details and staying informed about new arrivals to provide accurate and confident guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to support a positive and professional in-store environment.
- Effective Communication skills to engage with customers and collaborate with team members.
- Retail Sales and Sales skills to meet individual and store performance targets.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail, fragrance, or beauty is beneficial but not required; training will be provided.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing routine store tasks such as stocking and light cleaning.
