About Ascenda Global
Ascenda Global works with established brands across sales, customer acquisition and business development, helping our clients connect with customers through engaging, direct sales campaigns. We're growing our Glasgow team and are looking for Retail Sales Assistants who enjoy working with people and want to develop their customer service, sales and communication skills.
The Opportunity
This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to gain practical experience. You'll represent client brands, engage directly with customers and support sales and customer acquisition campaigns. You'll receive full training while developing transferable skills in retail, customer service, sales and business development. No previous sales experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Represent established client brands
- Understand customer needs and communicate products and services effectively
- Support sales and customer acquisition campaigns
- Build positive customer relationships
- Work towards individual and team targets
- Develop communication, presentation and sales skills
- Take part in regular coaching and development sessions

Who We're Looking For

Previous retail or sales experience is welcome but not essential, as full training is provided. We're looking for people who are:
