Sales Assistant – Nespresso Boutique
Business Area: Nespresso Retail Location: Newcastle, Fenwick Salary: £13.45 per hour Contract: Full-time & part-time | 12-month Fixed Term Contract
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sales Assistant to join our premium Nespresso boutique in Newcastle, Fenwick. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong understanding of the luxury retail and competitive coffee environment and contribute to the brand’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and adapting to meet their individual needs
- Supporting sales with a product-focused approach
- Acting as a proud Nespresso advocate, embodying the brand’s luxury and innovation
Your Success Ingredients
- Retail experience, ideally within a luxury sector (but open to relevant transferable skills)
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills with natural charisma
- Ability to build trusting relationships with customers quickly and provide robust support
