Role Description
Pop Up store for 8-12 weeks Retail Sales Assistant full time & part time roles, in Stoke-On-Trent, Portsmouth & Swindon. In your role, you will:

- Welcome and assist customers
- Provide product information
- Help them find items that meet their needs
- Process sales transactions
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Ensure the sales floor and displays are well-presented and stocked
- Maintain store cleanliness
- Follow visual merchandising guidelines
- Support promotional activities
- Respond to customer queries
- Manage returns or exchanges in line with company policies
- Work collaboratively with the store team to meet sales and service targets
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with a focus on friendly, professional, and responsive support
- Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening
- Retail Sales and Sales skills, with the ability to identify customer needs, recommend products, and close sales
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing environment is beneficial
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks during busy periods
- Basic numeracy and comfort using point-of-sale systems; training will be provided
- Interest in homewares, gifting, or design-related products is an advantage
