What To Expect

POP MART is a boutique-sized company with a young and multicultural team. As part of our team, you will:

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience for every customer.
  • Welcome customers into the store and assist them with product enquiries.
  • Support customers in discovering POP MART products and collections.
  • Process customer transactions accurately through the till.
  • Assist with the daily opening and closing of the store.
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising.
  • Replenish stock and support stockroom operations.
  • Assist with deliveries and stock movements when required.
  • Support the wider team in achieving store sales and performance targets.
  • Follow company procedures relating to cash handling, loss prevention, health and safety, and customer service.
  • Be flexible and available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic, with a strong customer service mindset.
  • Passionate about delivering an excellent and memorable customer experience.
  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.
  • Reliable, flexible, and willing to learn.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Desirable But Not Essential

  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
  • Interest in designer toys, collectibles, fashion, entertainment, or popular culture.
  • Experience working with a till or point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to speak additional languages.
