Role Description
The Retail Sales Consultant role is a part-time, three days a week, on-site position based within our shop-in-shop located within Flannels Leeds. The consultant will welcome and assist customers on the shop floor, providing knowledgeable advice on product selection, fit, and styling. Daily responsibilities include:

- Conducting sales transactions
- Maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Ensuring the store environment is clean and well-presented

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Consulting and Retail Sales to engage customers and drive revenue
- Strong Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction focus to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Excellent Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and support premium brand standards
- Previous experience in fashion, luxury retail, or tailoring environments is advantageous
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong attention to detail, numeracy skills for handling transactions, and reliability in a part-time schedule
- Willingness to learn about tailoring, fabrics, and product ranges to provide informed recommendations
- Is willing to work extra days as & when needed
