About To My Ships
To My Ships is a deodorant and personal care brand inspired by The Iliad and clean armpits, with an approach that honours expertise and attention to detail. As we continue to grow, we are seeking Retail Consultants who embody our vision, individuals with a considered, elevated approach to retail and who engage customers with insight and integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and tailored service to customers, fostering trust and engagement.
- Encourage mindful purchasing, supporting customers in selecting the most suitable products and refills.
- Maintain visual and operational standards within the store environment, ensuring a thoughtful presentation.
- Develop and retain product knowledge, ensuring an informed and considered approach to client interactions.
- Monitor stock levels and replenishment, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
- Contribute to sales targets, working collaboratively within the team.
- Uphold To My Ships’ values of discretion, responsibility, and quality in all aspects of customer engagement.

About You
- Experience in quality retail environments is preferred, but we welcome applicants from a range of creative and service-driven backgrounds.
- A thoughtful and customer-centric approach to retail service.
- An interest in scent, formulation, and contemporary personal care.
- The ability to adapt to a dynamic retail environment, working both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours, as required.
