Exciting Opportunities for Retail Hosts at Madame Tussauds
Especially for this coming Christmas and New Year period, we have new fun opportunities for experienced Retail Hosts to join our fun-packed Retail Team at London’s Madame Tussauds!
As one of our Retail Hosts, you’ll be enhancing our guest experience by offering a warm and welcoming, informative approach, actively encouraging visitors to stock up on memorable merchandise and upselling where applicable.
With your genuine, helpful nature and world-class customer service, you’ll always seek out the right opportunities to interact with our guests, boost revenue and smash set daily targets. You'll be open to suggesting products that our guests may want to purchase particularly in the run up to Christmas and will be on hand to assist our customers with any queries they may have.
Whether you're serving at the till or helping guests find that perfect item, you'll own the experience and make it as fun and memorable as possible!

In this role, you’ll be restocking the shop and sales areas in and around the attraction. At times you may be serving at a till for extended periods of time, so you’ll need to be able to keep things moving smoothly throughout the day.
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment
- Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Have passion for our brand
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Strong team player with the ability to take ownership
- Infectious personality who likes to have fun at work creating memorable experiences

Pay Range
From GBP £13.84/Hr.
