In 2025, Biobag generated revenue of NOK 487 million (approximately £38 million) and employs around 135 people across the group.


Main Responsibilities

  • Engage: Maintain and further develop relationships with the current customer base (UK & Ireland).
  • Grow: Identify and develop new key customers and stakeholders within Retail and HORECA, while also evaluating and supporting selected retail and public initiatives. The role requires strong commercial judgement and the ability to manage complex customer dialogues, balancing growth, pricing, and margin objectives across different go-to-market models (UK and selected European markets).
  • Manage: Oversee customer relationships, basic order administration, and CRM processes (UK and Europe).

Skills And Experience Required

  • A technical degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at both operational and strategic levels, including engagement with senior customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders across multiple markets.
  • Commercial experience within the Retail and/or HORECA industry across Europe.
  • Experience working with public/government entities, such as councils, as well as tendering experience, is beneficial.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to operate autonomously and take initiative.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken). Additional European languages (e.g. German or French) are considered a strong advantage.
