Role Description
The Retail Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This position is responsible for leading retail sales teams, driving performance, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality customer experiences. Day-to-day tasks include:

The Retail Sales Manager is expected to model professional conduct, support talent development, and contribute to continuous improvement in store operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a store or multi-site environment.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to present information to teams and stakeholders.
- Customer Service and Customer Experience skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships and maintain high service standards.
- Team leadership and people management skills, including coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Relevant experience in retail management or supervisory roles, ideally within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with sales metrics, store reports, and operational data.
- Ability to work on-site in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for peak trading hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Formal education in business, marketing, retail management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory; equivalent practical experience is valued.
