What is this role about?

This role will contribute to the achievement of the company's volume, margin, and net income objectives by undertaking the execution and evaluation of activities designed to grow and protect SEAOIL's market share in the areas served by its retail station as well as the acquisition and management of accounts for SEAOIL's fleet and key account programs.

What will YOU do?

  • Monitor the assigned trading area including competitors’ activities and recommend initiatives accordingly to sustain retail stations’ competitiveness within the assigned geographical area
  • Perform area mapping to check the market classification and get leads
  • Implement awareness campaigns about SEAOIL and the benefits of its products and services in locations where there is sales potential (e.g., in areas where there are new stations) to establish brand awareness and the familiarity of consumers with what SEAOIL has to offer
  • Maximize the use of retail sales tool offerings such to offer the appropriate product that could address consumers' needs
  • Collaborate with the Corporate and Consumer Marketing (CCM) Team’s product line personnel for value-added products/services to activate any new product/service developed for sale at SEAOIL stations (e.g., pre-paid cards, web-based coupons, etc.)
  • Ensure the achievement of Fuel and Lubes sales' objectives in the assigned geographical area by maintaining existing accounts and negotiating with new accounts
  • Obtain accounts acquisition of Fuel (PLB and non-PLB) and Lubes by acquiring new leads, cross-selling the products to the existing accounts, and offering new products to new accounts

  • At least 2 - 3 years of experience within the same role with people management experience as well
  • Must have strong background in real estate, retail, and oil and gas industries
  • Strong level of experience in project management, data analysis, and sales
  • Willing to do fieldwork as needed
  • Can drive a vehicle in manual transmission
