Retail Sales Merchandiser
Retail Sales Merchandiser – Crewe – 3 Hours Per Week
Key Information: Due to the nature of the role, you will need to have access to your own vehicle and hold a full driving licence.
Job Overview
DCK is one of the world’s leading fashion jewellery companies, working with many well-known retailers and high street fashion brands. Our hosts include River Island, M&S, Matalan, and Tesco, among many others.
As a Retail Sales Merchandiser, you will provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores.
Getting Started
You will be based in Crewe but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. Please note that you are required to complete your shifts between 9am-6pm, depending on store opening times.

Shifts Available: 3-hour shift on Wednesday evenings
Role Responsibilities
You will work under the guidance of a Team Leader and will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating a customer-focused, friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Merchandising products according to our visual merchandising guidelines
- Handling and setting up new stock deliveries
- Maintaining housekeeping standards within stores
- Implementing promotional activities
You will also work closely with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Desirable:
- Experience with apps and digital tools is helpful for smooth operations.
Requirements

Must-have:
- Experience in a customer-facing role (retail or equivalent)
- Access to an Android or Apple iPhone (with OS 8.1+ or iOS 13.4+)
- Free vehicle access (no company car/subsidy)
- Valid full driving licence

Preferred:
- Sales or retail experience
- Familiarity with fashion brands (a consideration if similar experience exists)
