About The Role
As a Retail Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing a visible security presence within the store
- Conducting regular store patrols
- Monitoring and reporting incidents
- Completing Incident Reports and Daily Occurrence Book (DOB) entries
- Preventing theft, loss, and anti-social behaviour
- Carrying out surveillance around the store
- Supporting store management and colleagues
- Building positive relationships with customers and visitors
- Resolving issues and conflict in a calm and professional manner
- Ensuring all security procedures are followed
- Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- A professional and reliable approach to work
- A full five-year checkable employment history
- Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential
- Own transport required
