Retail Security Officer - Tesco Partnership
Location: Tesco, Lichfield Avenue, Scunthorpe DN17 1QX
Pay Rate: £13.47 per hour
Contract: Flexible Contract (0 - 40 Hours Per Week)
Working Pattern: Monday to Sunday
Shift Times: 13:00 - 00:00, 15:00 - 23:00, 08:00 - 16:30, plus other shifts as required

About The Role
Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is looking for confident, professional, and reliable Retail Security Officers to support our Tesco store in Scunthorpe.
This is a flexible position offering between 0 and 40 hours per week, providing a visible security presence to help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
- Patrolling the store to ensure the safety of customers and colleagues
- Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
- Monitoring the premises and responding to incidents
- Completing accurate reports and recording observations
- Supporting colleagues with store security requirements
- Managing challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Licence
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, confident, and reliable approach
- Good attention to detail and sound judgement
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible approach to working shifts
- Full 5-year checkable employment history
- Previous security experience is desirable but not essential
