Pay Rate: £13.72 per hour
Hours: 33 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
About The Role
Kingdom Group is recruiting for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Security Officer to join our team at Tesco Marks Farm, CM77 8AA.
We are looking for an experienced Security Officer who can provide a highly visible security presence within the store, helping to create a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors. The successful candidate will be professional, approachable, and confident in dealing with a range of situations while delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Shift Pattern
- 33 Hours Per Week
- Wednesday to Saturday
- 16:00 - 00:25

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining a professional and visible security presence.
- Preventing theft, anti-social behaviour, and losses within the store.
- Conducting regular patrols of the premises.
- Responding promptly and professionally to security incidents.
- Delivering excellent customer service to customers and colleagues.
- Completing all incident reports and required documentation accurately.
- Working closely with store management on loss prevention initiatives.
- Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment at all times.
Skills and Experience Required
- A valid SIA Licence is essential for this role.
- Previous retail security experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Candidates should be professional, reliable, and confident when dealing with members of the public.
- The ideal applicant will have excellent observational skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a positive approach to working both independently and as part of a team.
