Retail Security Officer (Flexi Contract)
Location: Tesco Maltby, SS6 8LG
Pay Rate: £13.47 per hour
Hours: 0 - 40 Hours Per Week
Contract: Flexi Contract
Working Days: Monday to Sunday
Shift Patterns: 14:30 - 22:30, 12:15 - 20:15, plus various shifts
Requirement: Valid SIA Security Licence Essential

Kingdom Services Group is currently recruiting for a Retail Security Officer to join our team at Tesco Maltby, SS6 8LG. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional, customer-focused, and reliable Security Officer looking for a flexible role within a busy retail environment.
You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping experience for customers and colleagues while helping to reduce stock loss, deter theft, and support store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the store.
- Provide a visible security presence to deter theft and anti-social behaviour.
- Monitor store activity and respond appropriately to incidents.
- Support store colleagues in maintaining a safe working environment.
- Complete accurate incident reports and relevant security documentation.
- Deal with challenging situations professionally and confidently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers when required.
- Liaise with store management, emergency services, and local authorities when necessary.

What We're Looking For
We Are Seeking Individuals Who Have
- A valid SIA Security Licence.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A professional, reliable, and confident approach.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
- A full 5-year checkable employment history.
- Previous retail security experience (desirable but not essential).
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Working Hours
This Is a Flexible Contract Offering 0 - 40 Hours Per Week. Candidates Must Be Available To Work Across a Range Of Shifts, Including
