We’re expanding our Profit Protection team and are looking for a proactive, confident, and customer-focused Retail Security Store Detective to support our Bristol stores. If you’re looking for a role where no two days are the same this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing a professional security presence across our stores
- Protecting colleagues, customers, and company assets
- Using CCTV and other monitoring equipment to identify suspicious activity
- Responding confidently and safely to potential security incidents
- Working closely with store management to reduce loss and support investigations
- Maintaining a safe environment by following Health & Safety procedures

What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Strong situational awareness and attention to detail
- Confident communicator who can remain calm and assertive when required
- Honest, reliable, and able to use initiative
- Comfortable using CCTV and other security technology
