Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.

Role: UK Retail Senior Manager

As the UK Retail Senior Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of Netflix’s Consumer Products retail business across the UK, while also developing the broader EMEA retail strategy. With particular expertise in Hardlines, you will identify growth opportunities, build strategic retailer relationships and deliver best-in-class programmes across priority categories and franchises, while developing insights, strategies and best practices that can scale across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the UK & Ireland retail strategy and execution, setting priorities across key channels, retailers and franchise opportunities.
  • Develop the EMEA retail strategy, bringing deep channel, category and retail expertise to identify regional priorities, growth opportunities and whitespace.
  • Identify UK & Ireland retail growth opportunities, using market intelligence, consumer insights and commercial data to shape investment and prioritisation.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with priority UK & Ireland retailers, developing joint business plans and opportunities to grow Netflix’s Consumer Products presence, with a particular focus on Hardlines.
  • Partner with UK cross functional teams and licensees to maximise retail execution, including listings, assortment, placement, activation and in-store presence.
  • Translate global Consumer Products strategies into UK & Ireland and EMEA retail plans, ensuring global priorities are relevant to local market and retailer dynamics, while bringing Hardlines expertise where relevant.
  • Maximise major franchise and seasonal retail moments in the UK & Ireland, developing distinctive activations that deliver visibility, commercial impact and fan engagement.
  • Establish EMEA Hardlines best practice and capability, sharing UK & Ireland learnings and developing scalable approaches that can be adopted across markets.
  • Track and evaluate UK & Ireland retail performance, using sell-through, market and partner data to measure impact, identify opportunities and improve future programmes.
  • Build and manage strategic UK licensee partnerships, developing joint business plans, go-to-market strategies and effective account management.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
