📍 This is a field-based role supporting our retail stores across the UK and will require regular travel. To facilitate this, the successful candidate will ideally be based in the Reading or Cambridge area and must hold a full UK driving licence

Role Highlights

  • Shape the Retail Experience: Design and deliver engaging training programmes that develop hospitality, customer service, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills across our retail store network.
  • Coach for Success: Work closely with Store Managers and colleagues, providing coaching, feedback, and development plans that help individuals reach their full potential.
  • Bring Our Values to Life: Embed Audley's values into everyday client interactions, ensuring a consistent and memorable experience in every store.
  • Drive Business Performance: Build confidence in consultative selling, storytelling, objection handling, and client engagement to help teams create meaningful travel conversations.
  • Travel Across the UK: Support colleagues throughout our retail network, bringing learning directly to our stores and adapting to different teams and environments.

It Would be Great If

  • You have experience delivering training, coaching, or facilitating learning within retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment.
  • You're a confident presenter who can engage and inspire a variety of audiences.
  • You understand what exceptional customer service and consultative selling look like and enjoy helping others develop these skills.
  • You build rapport easily and provide constructive feedback that enables people to grow.
  • You're highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing priorities across multiple locations.
  • You hold a full UK driving licence and enjoy travelling as part of your role.

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 3 main stages:

  • An introductory call with one of our recruiters to discuss your experience, motivations, and the role in more detail.
  • A Microsoft Teams interview with members of the hiring team, where you'll deliver a short training session, giving you the opportunity to showcase your facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Outcome and final feedback. We also encourage you to provide us feedback, if you wish, to help us improve our recruitment process.
