Hiring: Retail Solution Architect (Contract)
📍 Location: UK (SouthEast – Remote)
💼 Contract Role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Solution Architect to support a large-scale Merchandise Planning & Range Planning transformation programme for a leading global fashion retailer.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture across retail planning platforms
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Drive integration architecture across enterprise applications and APIs
- Review and challenge third-party vendor solution designs
- Collaborate with engineering, business, and external partners
- Support delivery across design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare

🔹 Key Requirements:
- 8+ years in Solution / Enterprise / Technical Architecture
- Strong retail domain experience (Merchandising, Planning, Range Planning)
- Proven experience in large-scale retail transformation programmes
- Strong integration and data architecture expertise
- Ability to manage stakeholders across business and technology teams

🔹 Preferred Experience:
- Platforms: Blue Yonder, RELEX, Oracle Retail, o9, Anaplan, SAP IBP
- PLM tools: PTC FlexPLM
- Experience with leading retailers (Primark, M&S, Tesco, etc.)
- Strong exposure to APIs, cloud, and enterprise applications
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Strong solution ownership across complex programmes
- Experience in multi-vendor environments
- Ability to balance strategic architecture with delivery execution
