How You’ll Power Our Business as a Store Manager
Are you a passionate retail leader who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service, motivating teams and driving commercial success? As a Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operation of one of our retail forecourt sites, ensuring customers receive a first-class experience while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence.
You will play a key role in leading and developing your team, maximising sales opportunities and ensuring the site operates efficiently and profitably. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business where your leadership can make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day operation of the retail forecourt store to ensure safe, efficient and profitable trading.
- Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety, environmental and company policies.
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, merchandising and product availability.
- Managing stock control, inventory management, deliveries and cash handling procedures.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a customer-first culture across the team.
- Leading, motivating and developing colleagues to achieve high levels of performance and engagement.
- Recruiting, training and coaching team members to build capability and support succession planning.
- Managing rotas and staffing levels to ensure appropriate cover and productivity.
- Driving store sales performance and delivering against business targets and KPIs.
- Monitoring financial performance, controlling costs and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting audits and operational governance requirements.
What We’ll Need From You
- Proven experience in a retail management or supervisory position.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience managing stock control, cash handling and day-to-day store operations.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A proactive approach to driving commercial results while maintaining operational excellence.
